overall intervention I drew this flow chart for
discussion:

Essentially, in the chart above there are a
number of related, yet distinct profit centers. A
systems approach depicted by the yellow boundary
would include the entire system. The blue boundary
wraps around what would be the customer focused
system overseen by the client.
The following Profit Centers, or Areas of Focus
could be systems unto themselves but are considered
to be a process in the overall system in this
conceptualization. They are outlined as follows:
Aggregator: Point of Access of Contact
(not listed above, but assumed). Creates and
allocates potential business RFPs.
Scope of Results (Score): Identifies issues
through an OPTIMULL™ process: Constructs the
scope of work through a contracted process that
yields a solutions proposal. View

Integral Mapping: Integrated
Strategic Intention System called (ISIS); a
structured process designed to generate
strategic direction, specific key success
factors, goal-directed activity and standards of
operation as a strategy map.
Resilience Analysis: Can be
combined with Scope of Results, yet can be done
separately. Identifies the specifics related
to creating strategy and tactics based on the
analysis of assessments gathered on individual
persons and collective groups in relation to
interior and exterior, soft and hard skills
inventories.
Attitude Assessment: survey of
climate or satisfaction in an organization or
among individuals and teams.
Leadership (Style) Assessment: survey
of leadership attributes identified through the
scope of work.
Soft Skills assessment: survey
of skills related to values required in
emotionally competent managers and leaders.
Personal
Hard Skills Assessment: survey of
knowledge, skills, and abilities in management
and leadership competencies required for
performance in a management or leadership
position.
CoachMBA
Customized Data Generation: the
provision of results of customized surveys
designed based on specific measurable attributes
required for success in the client system.
Infotool
Solutions Mapping: design proposal
for specific interventions which are determined
to be efficient, effective and sustainable.
Utilizes strategy maps created or in place to
identify areas in the design which are OPTIMULL™.
ISIS Proposal
CoachCertified™: referrals across
community to providers who have expertise in
particular context or delivery areas who are
also certified in the process.
Performance Leadership: Strategy
Focused Developmental Coaching System based on a
performance oriented approach that facilitates
development of managers, leaders and systems
integrity.
These processes and the system that makes up the
CoachCertified™ System (CCS) are orchestrated
through people who have reached Level 2 practice
specifications in the CCS and can implement all of
the systems represented in this diagram based on
research by Richard Boyatzis, Ph.D.
