Program Details & Qualifications:

To qualify for the Exclusive Revenue Sharing Program, you must be one of the first 5,000 qualifying members who upgrade to Gold, starting on November 1, 2005, or be an existing Gold Member.
Revenues generated from transaction fees will begin aggregating on November 1, 2005 and will be paid out beginning in the 1st quarter of 2006 to Gold Members participating in the Exclusive Revenue Sharing Program. Transaction fee revenues include all revenues associated with sending and receiving funds.
Storez sales commissions of products hosted on GreenZap will begin aggregating November 1, 2005 and will be paid out starting 1st quarter of 2006 to Gold Members.
GreenZap will begin placing no less than 20 new members in your community, starting December 7th, 2005 and/or within 60 days of your upgrade to Gold.
Starting November 1, 2005, the first 5,000 members who upgrade to Gold, as well as current Gold Members, will be grandfathered into the Exclusive Revenue Sharing Program and will not be required to pay any additional membership fees through the end of 2006. Certain qualifications may need to be met by affiliates in order to continue to participate in the Exclusive Revenue Sharing Program in 2007 and thereafter.
