The MLII Program is a series of teledevelopment programs led by a variety of instructors conducted over the telephone in a group session. The calls are presented by qualified experts in the field of self and leadership development.  Visit Mindful Leadership I.

The next r/evolution in leadership will be the ability to identify leadership complexity through developmental assessment. While no system encompasses all the components of leadership complexity, self and other complexity has been shown to be relevant to leadership success over time.

Each presenter will debrief their assessment and present the theory supporting the assessment. While this is an incredible program for individual leaders, it has vast application for coaches, consultants, trainers and facilitators.
