Leadership and Image

Well I had my first image consultation yesterday.

That's probably why I forgot to publish this newsletter.

In any case, I didn't do so bad, but I really learned a few things
about how I can present better...and become more telegenic...ugh.

You might call me the reluctant leader in some ways.

When I think of all the things people ask me to do as a leader, it's just flat
de-motivating at times. I wonder sometimes how many leaders feel the same
way...do you just want to lead?

Or like me (at least I admit it, so maybe there is help for me), do you just
want
to do things you like to do and have the rest done by everyone else?

Well, that's a design you'll see me try to bring to fruition in 2006 and I know
with my talents (and lack of), it won't be easy, but the elves have agreed to
help me with it, so we'll see what happens.

I've some special announcements to make after the first of the year regarding
lot's of cool things that are happening with LeadU, but for now, I'll leave you
