Leadership Success

People are always asking me for ways to create
clients, to drive traffic to their websites and
how to prospect in ways that promote viral
relationships.

Here's a new one I found at

animated emails that come out to the subscriber
showing them how to start a business at home.

While this service is directed at people in
network marketing, this is fertile ground for
business coaching as almost all of these people
either own small businesses or work in them and
wish they had their own. The others are
professionals who can always pay for personal and
business coaching. You might want to check it out
because it's something you're going to see a lot
more of in the future, in my opinion.

I'm seeing a big shift in the marketplace that is
going to produce the need for people who know how
to help other people start their own business, or
turnaround stagnant small business systems. Many
people have started businesses and can't make them
work beyond creating themselves a bad job, which
most small business owners have done with their
dreams.

In my view, we're going to see millions of new
start-ups in small business from people at midlife
who are being turned out of the corporate world
for one reason or another...OR who become fed-up
being told what to do by younger people coming
into the corporate world without experience, but
with a better set of technology skills.

In my view as an Independent Leader, you can show
and teach others how to begin to ramp up a
business or small start-up if YOU YOURSELF are
successful at doing it.  I realize that knocks
about 90% of the people currently in small
business out of the running, but if you understand
the principles of creating profitable businesses
from home, the sky is literally the limit.

In 2005, I'll be conducting an 'apprentice'
program and will be leading a dozen people for one
year in my system. What you will do is duplicate
my system that has created a very nice annual
income as well as daily opportunities to do what
you love to do along the way.
