 
Leadership University Executive Overview …it's a very long story,
one of which is just being written but bottom-line, I have created
Leadership University to fill the void in leadership development around
the planet.
Leadu will have 36 schools and at the heads of those schools will be
visionaries or customarily what are called deans in traditional university
systems (I felt the need to evolve the traditional role)
What I'm looking for are people who will lead these schools with
alternative visions, visions that are beyond the traditional schools we
have in regular universities, yet be consistent with leadership.
As an example: Options (financial options) teach so many leadership
lessons as you know, plus require a knowledge of business, leadership,
markets, etc, etc, therefore to me, it is a lynchpin in leadership and why
I grabbed optionsu.com as a tentative school direction. [Again, we have to
have visions that are in the personal, professional, business and
developmental domains serving internal, external, financial and
developmental perspectives that honor the past, enjoin the now, look
forward to the near and anticipate the far.]
Leadu visionaries have the opportunity to earn more than anyone in the
Leadership University system as a result of their position
All visionaries will be anchored through level 4 in our network marketing
system [requires purchase of $997 LDS or leadership development system],
like everyone else with one distinction, they will receive both level 4
(that they own) AND level 2 (that they enjoy through appointment) benefits
which I have not identified exactly, just enough to say that compensation
at level 2 will allow our visionaries to pursue their vision and to lead
their schools without having to worry about income issues.
Leadu is an emergent system and is still unfolding, but essentially I'm
looking for outstanding people who have their own vision about leaving a
legacy.
There is great autonomy in the visionary role and you will be supported by
6 people on your next level (leadu level3), who will become your
mastermind at level 3 (they also will have income generated by level 4
membership--everyone in the system is required to enter at level 4 and as
a result retains that position regardless of whether they have access to
level 2 or 3 income--level 2 is determined by me as the leader of the
visionary team and level 3 is determined by myself and the level 2
visionary for that school).
What we’re trying to create is a planetary infrastructure for leadership,
where people who want to leave a legacy in some form of leadership come to
play and work with others who have the same thing in mind.
Essentially people are "paid" to develop through the system through a
network marketing formula--half of the purchase of the LDS or leadership
development system $997 or ~$498 is distributed throughout the hierarchy
(school) one chooses to study in. There is a set developmental path:

each person chooses electives offered in the school they have chosen or
for some, whatever they want to take--over time generating
certificates/degrees.
Direct commission for a referral anywhere in the system is ~$249 more or
less...then the remaining 50% of the commission is paid according to
percentages up through the hierarchy (school).
The remaining ~$498 is going to be distributed in a formula I'm devising
to support "generati", operations,
support and the wellthmastermind,
which I hope to have someone manage and teach with over time, while it
grows to support capital investment in our buildout of our planatary
centers of leadership around the universe.

I am talking literally with people all over the globe about joining in to
