Here is how it works:

After you purchase the Leadership Development System or become a concorde worldwide member, you'll work your way through a short orientation and a leadership primer with a group of people who have also purchased the system.  You'll learn how the system works and where to find the classes, materials and support you need for your leadership journey.

Once you've completed the primer you'll have the opportunity to choose affiliation with one of our schools, up to 36 in all will be formed around crucial leadership topics over the course of time.

At the present time, the following list of schools is available for specialization including a non-specialized school of Leadership Studies led by the University's founder Mike Jay.

Our list of actual schools is growing and changing as new visionaries or what are called traditionally "deans" will be added until we reach our target of 36 active schools. Schools that do not reach sufficient enrollment will be folded into other schools that emerge.  Each school may have up to 6 areas of specialization. LeadU reserves and retains the right to modify, change, adapt or limit school formation and enrollment.

This system includes any class, program and digital materials that are available in the undergraduate catalogue at anytime now or in the future. It doesn't include third-party materials that may be required or desired by any person or program as an adjunct or addition to the digital materials that may be offered to leaders, such as assessments, retreat fees, coaching, special interviews, third-party books or materials, travel fees, expenses incurred while traveling, retreating or studying with program or class leaders. There will be programs that are not mandatory for graduation that will be offered that are opportunities to study with masters in the field or leaders who offer specialized opportunities available, but are not included in the product.
