**It is THIS “recognition and regulation” of that agency—however small—which “informs us and reforms us” in a process of knowing our core self that becomes key.**//

Since we are endowed with so little agency (Popova), it behooves us to know as much as possible about key pillars of our behavior…//  

…to keep surfacing, revealing and reflecting on those substrates of our behavior which help us understand who we are and what’s required of us.//  

As self-knowledge predictably surfaces __our self__ over time, design elements are revealed which help us to be happy and successful using those minor elements of agency we possess, along with our ability to “recognize and regulate” our behaviors in response to content, context, conditions, code, culture and our core self.\\
