Do you know that as of 2019 only 5% of the people in the world have taken a plane trip?

Here’s an example:

If you take a US penny and double it, and then every day double that amount again, 2-4-8-16…

On DAY 27, your penny doubled everyday will be worth more than 1 million dollars.

Most people can’t conceptualise NON-LINEAR GROWTH, and it occurs everywhere compound interest does…INCLUDING YOUR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.

BUT if you skip the investments you make, you lose the power of compounding, just like if you skip “doubling a penny.”

Every 24 hrs you INVEST 1 minute for development, and watch your affect become ATTRACTIVE.

Compounding development is one of the best investments you will make as a leader. Compounding is about leverage and leverage is one of our key developmental tools.
