The LeadU Youth Program begins by introducing young people to developmental coaching, ways of interacting with themselves and others that promote self-knowledge, inquiry, dialogue and engagement.

There are two ways to join the Youth Program, either through a youth membership in Leadership University, where "developmental coaching for young leaders" is included among many other Leadership University Programs, or by purchasing the coaching program by itself.

The Lead-Youth Lifetime membership is available for $997 both as a one-time payment and a payment plan.

The lifetime membership provides the young leader with access to all Leadership University Programs in the undergraduate catalog at no extra cost for tuition. Materials fees for some classes do apply and retreat fees are always extra, but the membership is a gift of a lifetime as LeadU continuously offers programs on leadership around the world.

The tuition for the coaching only program is $397 and includes lifetime access to the COACH2 Program for Young Leaders.

COACH2 for Youth: Ages 15-25 - $397

A retreat fee is extra and is $299. Retreats are graduation-style events and participants must pay their own expenses for travel, housing and meals, however any materials required are covered in the retreat fee, which complete the qualification of our participants for their certificate of completion and are mandatory for graduation.
