Over the course of the next few weeks, months, or years, you will develop, even if you did nothing… development is hardwired and will proceed with your conscious attention or not.

That’s just part of our nature and as a leader or one who aspires to be a leader, you will want to read these dailies to augment that development, in whatever format works best for you.
