Finally, we are here at Self-Knowledge (SK)… and I like to do a couple things with leaders upfront after we meet and agree to engage, but SK doesn’t need a coach or Developmentalist to get started.

MOST leaders in the west have some ASSESSMENTS lying around that they either took in college or were railroaded into taking at work.

More and more people I’ve spoken with tend to have a negative tendency to view assessment as something that could be done without.

Disclosure and Warning😉

Those of us who are innately curious or interested in developing ourselves and others — an affliction I hope you can forgive us for, at some point — love to take ASSESSMENTS.

Having traveled the world, I’ve seen a lot of cool ways people do assessment… everything for palm readings to hot seats with Gurus, and of course all matter of paper and pencil survey and a proliferation online. In my view, there is no reason why you can’t find some method, or some practitioner to help you find ways to assess yourself and others.

We will talk about 360 Interviews and Assessment later, but the point I’m making is… There is no time like the present to pull together a SK Portfolio and start investing your 27.8 minutes a day (save 1 Minute for Daily Dev).

Remember, Invest your minutes wisely in 27 minutes of SK DEEP WORK.
