LEADERW@RE PARADYNAMICS
I wrote a theory paper about a decade ago because I’ve always had in the back of my mind David Kantor’s Notion that until you can describe the framework of your professional work, you are still subject to that framework and haven’t perfected an objective relationship with your model.
LeaderW@RE is 7 Dynamics which are whizzing and whirring in today’s leadership equation that are helpful to pull things (lower to higher order actions) into a way of quickly describing that equation and it’s elements.
In doing so, we know that in every situation, the weighting of this dynamics shifts into probabilities, nonetheless the algorithm is complete enough to put all of leadership’s elements under an umbrella of BEING, DOING, HAVING, BECOMING, and CONTRIBUTING that leadership ENERGY and INFORMATION.
