You’ve got TALENT, and by now you know your top five talents and how much weight each carries.
You are getting oriented now to VOL/Tage and you might even be able to engage in MAPPING DEVELOPMENT.
You know now where to begin with SUBJECTIVITY, LANGUAGING, PERSPECTIVE, TASKING; TASK PERFORMANCE, EGO POSITION, and SENSE-MAKING all woven and hidden in AFFECT.
You have a cursory understanding of LEADERW@RE DYNAMICS as it might be employed in a CONTEXT of WORTHWHILE and SUSTAINABLE OUTCOMES.
With all you have learned, you have only begun because now you need the COACH2 Model for leaders and the 7 skills of DYNAMIC INQUIRY.
