Development for Leaders
Series III
1-Minute Daily Microcasts
Day 1
[LI] Simple, No Simpler.

Every model or system theory is made up of constructs.

• an idea or theory containing various conceptual elements, typically one considered to be subjective and not based on empirical evidence.

Living Inquiry (LI) is no different and while this can get very messy…

Einstein quote

In an appeal towards simplicity I’ve outlined the central constructs involved in LI without all their defining and explanatory facets.

My intention is to keep these microbursts of learning short and digestible and to go into more detail with the “digital” book and the training, both of which you can access here: www.LeadU.com/livit/LI

In the meantime here’s V1 of the model:

7 skills

While it’s crude on this napkin, you get the idea of simple but no simpler….

Even the simplest idea is loaded with VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) Conditions and in general we are not much of a match without tools.

Our main thing:

Meet People Where They Are!

With that in mind, hang on for the ride.

Learning Takeaway: Simple, no, simpler.
