Development for Leaders
Series III
1-Minute Daily Microcasts
Day 11
[LI] RightACTION
I’ve mentioned the idea of RightACTION in passing and with respect to Rumi’s Field… beyond rightdoing and wrongdoing, LI’s theory of constructs is not as robust without a RightACTION filter residing in the background as an operating system (LIOS):
The right people, humaning right things, practicing right ways, at right times, in the right space, with the right pace, for right reasons, getting right results, for right well-being… to help people have lives.
Well that’s a whole lot of right, but I’m hoping you get the idea.
INHO, one of the best problem-solving filters I’ve ever developed and used as a background for RIghtACTION.
Even if you don’t grok the totality of the theory behind LI, leaving with the idea behind RightACTION is going to serve you well over time.
LEARNING TAKEAWAY: Listen for RightACTION.
