Day 6
[LI] Use pCc Listening

What is it?

pCc is an acronym for potential, Capacity, and capability in the frame of time associated with the challenge presented within the current conditions.

BECAUSE we are conditioned now, near and far…

Which means that almost all of us all of time are in a direct relationship with the conditions present now, near and far…

Each of us, as JJ Krishnamurti might add are the sum total of the “contents of our consciousness” and I would add… unconsciousness.

Few of us can even grasp what that really means but needless to say, absent that contemplation, we are just Humaning as best we can.

Humaning is a term I coined to explain the activities represented, coordinated, and integrating our daily lives.

Those activities are: • Being • Doing • Having • Becoming • Contributing • Guiding • Letting Go • Moving On

While the topic of this microcast is pCc Listening, it’s incredibly difficult to carve out the fractals of LI without naming them for discussion.

Let me see if I can keep this simple?

While we are Humaning in VUCA conditions — most likely out of our control — our pCc fluctuates based on the density and frequency of both the contents of our consciousness as well as the dance with those conditions and those emergent biases.

Conditions being the integration of environment, culture and relationships present at that time and our likely reaction to them.

The simpler idea being we have different pCc in different conditions, which is why pCc listening is critical to identify where people are at any given moment in the helping environment.

Stuff Happens.

It affects our pCc as the dance of Humaning meets it partner conditions in and over time.
