[LI] Surface IMULL

IMULL originated from an idea I promoted in the 90s named OPTIMULL, an acronym I used to remember:

• Opportunity (Another Acronym • Possibilities • Time

Along with the simple, no simpler ideas in IMULL, which I try to get people using LI to remember:

• Importance
• Motivation
• Urgency
• Leverage
• Low-Hanging Fruit

If LI is practiced with enough Density & Frequency, then the narrative emerging will surface — at least — those criteria we then can use to formulate Actionable Help and Advice.

Of course, it follows the idea of meeting people where they are while largely avoiding the trap that you find people where you are!

IMULL becomes a partner with their ITEAM to incorporate the help and advice into — let’s say — adaptive responses to challenges they face over time…

…while beginning the early stages of fishing for themselves, rather than needing a constant supply of fish.

In order to human that…

…it’s a good idea to have in hand IMULL.

So surfacing those criteria in LI becomes a practical matter that influences all of the fishing.
