Instructions for Assessment:

1) Download the excel spreadsheet.

2) In Column A, choose a number between 1 and 10, that correlates to how you have behaved in the past related to the statement in Column B, with
1 being NO behavior in this context, and
10 being ALWAYS behavior in this context.

3) In Column C, choose a number between 1 and 10, that correlates to how important the statement is to you, with a
1 being equal to NEVER important, and
    10 being Always important.

4) The spreadsheets calculate the numbers and totals them.  Just save it, and mail it back to me, so I can have a look at the output it generated, so I can tweak the model.

5) I’ll explain in class down the road, what I’m using this for and how it helps us understand frequency and density for guidance.

THANKS.  It should take but 20 minutes, or less.  It’s very straightforward, and NO ANSWER has any more value than another, as there is only your rating as the standard.

If you have any comments, questions, suggestions, or need some additional help, please visit https://www.leadu.com/comment/ to submit them.  Someone will get back to you within 48 hours.

We hope you pick up valuable insights, ideas, and tools during this process, which you can use for your own development as well as your work and leadership with others.
