Executive Profile
Mike R. Jay is a Developmentalist, entrepreneur, executive coach, and systems architect with more than 45 years of leadership experience across business, coaching, and human development. He is the founder of Leadership University (LeadU.ai) and the architect of the PRIME ALGORHYTHM:
SK² + PCGL² + WE = S²A w/ S:DISS-X for SPARC outcomes

His current work focuses on LEADING AI (LAI) and COACHING AI (CAI)—two integrated movements advancing Purpose-Centric Generative Leadership in an era of accelerating intelligence.

Through more than 10,000 hours of executive coaching across 45+ countries, Mike has worked with senior leaders in global organizations including Aditya Birla Group, Avery Dennison, Bharat Petroleum, Cadence Design Systems, Central Bank of Indonesia, Coca-Cola, Exxon, Ford, General Dynamics, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Godrej, Hewlett Packard, ICICI Prudential, Lupin, Novartis, Pepsi, Reserve Bank of India, Telekom Malaysia, Vodafone, and others.

A developmental leadership framework for navigating AI acceleration using Generative Inquiry, hierarchical complexity (L9–L16), and readiness-based design. LAI integrates:

COACHING AI (CAI)
A purpose-centric coaching architecture integrating Self-Knowledge Portfolio (SKP), ISIM decision structuring, SLOT analysis, and readiness-sensitive inquiry. CAI advances human–AI concurrency through structured generative reflection rather than advice-first automation.

AGGI & AGGI-POS Development (R&D)
Designing Aware Generative Guided Intelligence (AGGI) as a Personal Operating System (AGGI-POS) to operationalize Self × Situational Awareness (S²A) for leaders and coaches.

Founded LeadU (1999) as a global virtual university delivering leadership and executive coaching development. LeadU now operates as an R&D ecosystem focused on:
