Welcome to Development for Leaders
Over the course of the next few weeks, months, or years, you will
develop, even if you did nothing… development is hardwired and will
proceed with your conscious attention or not.
That’s just
part of our nature and as a leader or one who aspires to be a
leader, you will want to read these dailies to augment that
development, in whatever format works best for you.
Some may want to print them out, add them to a notebook and read
with a pen taking notes. Others will prefer to leave them in
electronic form and enjoy the links that will be offered for further
information.
The one thing I ask as the author and curator of this material that
if you have comments, ideas, suggestions, aggravations — if I hit a
nerve — or feedback, please go to
www.leadu.com/comment and let us know.
In terms of
sharing the copyrighted material, if it’s frequent, we ask you to
request a license for your team, group, or company, which is simple
and provides you with updates over time as the material will adapt
to the times and the needs of everyone.
Just to be clear, you can’t use this material in any course,
training, or speech without attribution, and as I said, if it’s
frequent, just ask for a license at the comment area and we will get
you set up according to your needs.
Please enjoy the 1-Minute Daily and here’s to your leader
development and mine!
In SERIES I of the Daily Series, we focus on laying the foundation
for leader development and growing accustomed to establishing a
habit of daily development. Bear with me, as this foundation is not
like you probably have experienced, yet it’s critical to learn the
practices.
Invest your time wisely.
