In November we began publishing a weekly newsletter to introduce you to Mike Jay and his newest book, to be released in 2018, discussing the 7 Coach2 Skills @F-L-O-W.

Dynamic Inquiry [DI], one possible name for the book, is a core engine for developmental coaching that emerged over a thirty-year coaching career, and thus was not always around in this codified form.

DI came from the tens of thousands of interactions Mike had with clients, and with his children, who basically helped him realize that people may act like they are listening, but don’t hear you.

The emergent model from Mike’s 30 years of helping has evolved into LeaderW@RE, of which DI, and thus COACH2 are also entangled.

This plus his most recent experiences has led to a very powerful and unique way for coaches [parents, teachers, supervisors, managers, executives, and all people in the helping fields] to help guide their PBH [People Being Helped].

It is important, when you want to learn a new way to help others that you know a little about the people who will be guiding you.  For this reason, in the newsletters, we will be sharing some of the content in Mike’s @F-L-O-W book, a little about Mike’s Coach2 methods, and a little about Mike himself.
