R&D Design:
Does the RDTEAM want this LeadU “R&D Process” via Mike Jay’s Leadership to bring in about 20% of the time… reflections on the state of CCR as it relates to MITEAM?

IOW [In Other Words à for those of you, like Gary, who had to look up what IOW stood for], is there purpose… in purposing?

Therefore, in a parallel process, do you want to be updated or have the option as a “premium (paid) member ($497 for 2025: Jan – Dec) to know what I’m developing behind the scenes?

And to be guided to your own MITEAM Design each week for 2025?

For Example:
Culture, Conditions, & Requirements (CCR)

Dr. Clare W. Graves was a pioneering psychologist known for his research on human development, particularly his work on the theory of adult personality development. His research has profound implications for understanding the role of conditions in human behavior and psychological growth. Here’s how conditions fit into his theories:

  1. Levels of Existence: Graves proposed that human beings evolve through different levels of existence, each characterized by specific modes of thinking, values, and ways of dealing with the world. These levels are responses to the conditions of both the internal and external environment.
  2. Adaptive Response: According to Dr. Graves, people develop adaptive responses to the conditions they face. It means the psychological systems or worldviews people adopt are largely shaped by their life conditions. When conditions change, people often shift to a different level of existence that better suits the new environment.
  3. Dynamic Interaction: In Graves’ theory, the interaction between an individual and their conditions is dynamic. As conditions evolve — whether they be societal, economic, or environmental — individuals must reassess and sometimes redefine their worldviews and values to adapt effectively.
  4. Stress and Growth: Conditions play a crucial role in triggering stress, which Graves saw as a necessary catalyst for personal growth. When existing worldviews are no longer sufficient to manage life’s complexity, individuals face stress, leading them to evolve to a higher level of existence.
  5. Hierarchical Development: Graves identified a hierarchy in these levels, indicating progression and regression based on conditions. Favorable conditions support progression to more complex and integrative levels, while adverse conditions may lead to a regression or a halt in development.
  6. Cultural Implications: On a broader scale, Graves’ research suggests that cultural and societal developments are also influenced by collective conditions. Societies, like individuals, evolve through similar levels of complexity based on shared conditions and experiences.
  7. Spiral Dynamics: Graves’ work laid the foundation for the concept of Spiral Dynamics, a model further developed by Don Beck and Christopher Cowan. This model elaborates on how human consciousness and cultures spiral through different levels, responding to conditions faced by both individuals and societies.
In summary, Dr. Clare W. Graves emphasized the critical role conditions have in shaping human development. His research illustrates that both conducive and challenging conditions drive the evolution of personal and societal values and worldviews, guiding people through a spectrum of psychological and cultural complexities.

Please note that individuals and organizations differ in terms of a contrast with humans (individuals) in terms of wired in dispositions. Not unlike organizations whose culture becomes wired in over time… the clash between individual values and organizational values tends to be won by individuals for individuals who have vested interests in prevailing in the face of conditions that tend to be conservative on rewards.

I had an idea… that:
Using the idea that RFR might contain energy and information for an alternative approach to “shifting” people’s modus operandi regarding an activist perspective or approach that could help us with LISTEN!

Quick ChatSmith Summary:
122824:
Can you summarize and list rules for radicals by Saul Alinsky Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” is a guide on grassroots organizing and community activism. Here are some of the key principles and rules outlined in the book:
  1. Power Tactics: Understand and utilize power as a means to create change. Alinsky emphasizes the importance of leveraging the power dynamics in any given situation.
  2. Know Your Audience: Tailor your message and tactics to the audience you are addressing. Effective communication requires understanding the needs and perspectives of the community.
  3. Use Humor: Incorporate humor and ridicule as tools to undermine opposition and engage your base. Humor can disarm and reduce the tension in conflicts.
  4. Be Flexible: Adapt strategies and tactics as situations evolve. Rigidity can hamper progress in changing environments.
  5. Make the Enemy Live Up to its Own Rules: Hold opponents accountable using their own standards, leading to hypocrisy exposure.
  6. Keep the Pressure On: Constant pressure and action sustain momentum for change. Never allowing the opposition to rest can create the necessary climate for reform.
  7. Achieve Results: Focus on tangible outcomes rather than theoretical goals. People are motivated by success and visible results.
  8. Polarize the Issue: Clearly define issues to draw a line between “us” and “them.” This can help strengthen group identity and commitment.
  9. Empower the Community: Encourage community members to act on their behalf, fostering self-reliance and sustainability.
  10. Build on Small Wins: Leverage small victories as building blocks for larger goals. Incremental success builds confidence and momentum.
  11. Personalize the Attack: Humanize and individualize the opposition to increase accountability and effectiveness in campaigning.
These rules serve as practical guidelines for activists on how to effectively organize and mobilize communities for social change. Alinsky’s approach is strategic, often controversial, and aims to empower disenfranchised groups to create lasting impact.

So?

From Martin Armstrong:
December 2024
“…This time around, they are NOT going to inform us of what banks are in trouble, fearing that such an announcement could set off bank runs. When we look at the Index covering 600 European Banks, 2024 was a Panic Cycle following the Directional Change in 2023. The failure to continue to rally in 2025 indicates a 3-year decline into 2027.”

Continued attempts at the wheel of fortune?

Everything flows back into and out of purpose for the leader now, near, and far!

No matter what it is, it both follows and emerges from purpose, conscious or not.

Purpose is, as purpose does!

All our coping mechanisms emerge from purpose.

Now… how important is self-knowledge?

No matter which one or many you choose, all stem from and emerge out of individual purpose!
