RDTeam 2025:
Call #3

“…AI will forever alter how society perceives reality…” Whitney Webb commenting on book, The Age of AI by Schmidt, Kissinger and ?

Mechanics:

“…from path of consumption to path of purpose…”

Imagine if we discover, disclose, and accept each other’s path of purpose!

Engagement

While “already” at the paradigmatic level… what’s involved?

Constructing a model of Generativity…

“It’s Not UP, It’s IN!” – @FLOW

If we can’t manage VUCA…

What is the next best thing…?

People — on purpose — participating:
  • more benefit — less MITEAM
  • Less noise — more signal
  • Promote self-knowledge
  • Enhance awareness
  • Use a DIFFERENT currency
  • Improve Energy Efficiency!!
  • Build IMULL Effectiveness
  • Improved sustainability through downstream, as well as upstream decision rules and policies.
  • Higher quality decisions
  • Add more collaboration
  • Integrate Path of purposes

Book:
The Reason why AI will change everything… is important… (IMULL) and a double-edged sword of inquiry!

In VUCA, it’s the quality of solutions at a more complex level, rather than the quantity of solutions at a less complex level.

How do we know and leverage the difference?

Clearly…? Identifying purpose at individual, team, and organizational levels (networks)!

7 Ps and their Objects
  • Ping Insight
  • Probe Belief
  • Prompt RightACTION
  • Permit Story
  • Perturb Assumptions
  • Pause & Breathe
  • Pace Change

LISTEN!
What has been the tipping point in AI?

Reasoning time… as the movement to AGI shows… is nothing more than the skills used in THE DISS: Dynamic Inquiry System Skills.

Keep it Simple?

Eliminate noise by focusing the message for each person?

‘The present is the past rolled up for action, and the past is the present unrolled for understanding.” — Ariel Durant from her edit of LESSONS OF HISTORY (1968).

The ideal portfolio I’ve found contains the following assessment models in no particular order or importance as they are, in reality, a “network” of energy and information:
  • Learning Styles
  • Strengths
  • Inborn Desires (Motives)
  • Behavioral Tendencies
  • Type Dynamics & Preferences
  • Attitudes & Patterns
  • Conflict Modes
  • Trait & Energy Intensities
  • Archetypes

It’s important to note that usually it’s hard to include all of these personality assessments due to costs and limits of study but it’s also necessary to state you can never know which of these can fill in the puzzle of personality more completely for design purposes, depending on personal differences and needs.

Caveat: you can learn most of this information through structured interviews, study, and subsequent interpretation and reflection usually at high costs and risks of bias.

BUT I’ve just found a CAPTSEE* approach with assessments easier, less expensive, more differentiated — often free from single interpreter bias risks.

Bottom-line?

Many roads lead to Rome but the assessment road is more efficient, effective, and sustainable IMHO.

In the next series of ‘casts, I’ll summarize in 1+ minute reads what each offers but our next microcast outlines the OPPOR+UNITY waiting for us in conscious interaction with our self and others.

Q&A:
How do the “mechanics” shift?

Everything woven with energy & information…

Bonus video interview:

John Petersen, Futurist
[who also follows Armstrong]

He makes a case for decentralized human course of activity… a bit on the/over the edge at times… however, as long as we have a purpose wired into us, we will lead/attract a particularly bounded (by purpose) existence.

HOWEVER… my contention* is emergent around AI partners hips who will:
  1. Align with AI who knows us and our purpose — evolving and not — and
  2. …augments that purpose with an AI of AIs where
  3. the AI agency helps the symbiotic relationship created to forward our purpose and a purpose of purposes.
*My contention is not so novel as it’s merely a logical outgrowth of which is already underway.

Now to the interview:
  • Futurists and visionaries emphasize the need to harness emerging technologies, particularly AI, to build a new societal framework that secures freedom and individual rights.
  • John Petersen, founder of The Arlington Institute, discussed “TransitionNet,” a global collaboration platform designed to facilitate the creation of a new societal model through decentralized collaboration.
  • The conversation highlighted the importance of decentralized knowledge and freedom of information, with projects like Enoch aiming to democratize knowledge through open-source AI and tools for accessible information.
  • The discussion explored the possibilities of new forms of energy storage and the emergence of a “new human” with enhanced intuitive abilities, which could play a crucial role in building the future world.
  • Adams and Petersen warned about the threat of a centralized, technocratic future and called for quick action to harness technology for the greater good, emphasizing the role of innovation, collaboration, and individual contribution in shaping the future.

As the world hurtles toward an uncertain future, a growing chorus of futurists and visionaries argue that the key to navigating this upheaval lies in harnessing emerging technologies to forge a new societal framework.

One such visionary is John Petersen, founder and CEO of The Arlington Institute, who recently sat down with Mike Adams in a recent “Health Ranger Report” episode to discuss the future of humanity and the role of technology in shaping it.
