[ABCs] E: Overview Part 1: SK+
LeadU SK+ L&LI Microcasts:
A daily 1+ minute “conscious” read.
The program while a prototype — meaning we will design and evaluate the program to adapt and flex with success and failure — begins with dusting off your SK or Self-Knowledge playbook and by doing so create a single page SK Map.
Example:
This exercise using a template we provide will allow you and helpers to see your SK results and relationships at a glance.
This SK+ Mapping Process begins to “map or connect the dots” with our guidance — increasingly important over the course of the program.
During and over the course of mapping throughout the program, a word cloud will emerge that provides yet another view of what’s important as a handy reference tool for learning about yourself and augmenting your journey of self-awareness, one of our program goals.
Using what you learn through the SK+ journey is then the basis for creating the emergent SK Navigator — a generic, but strategic design tool for leading in life and work.
These are the 3 SK+ deliverables:
- SK+ Map
- SK+ Word Cloud
- SK+ Navigator
In the next ‘cast, join me for Part 2,
Mike
PS: Because of the guidance we provide, each step of the process is chunked into a workable class format which is recorded for both makeup and review… Breathe 😉
