While SK+ continues with iterative steps over the course of the program, INQUIRY emerges naturally due to the nature of our discourse… first with instruction then moving to dialogue.

Within the first few meetings we will begin to introduce and learn the 7 Skills of Dynamic Inquiry:

  • Ping Insight
  • Probe Beliefs
  • Permit Story
  • Prompt RightACTION
  • Perturb Assumptions
  • Pause & Breathe
  • Pace Change

While I’ve put them into a list, there is no order as they are a network of skills which emerge as the interaction happens — dynamic you might say — hence our reference to Dynamic INQUIRY or DI.

Networked Skills Perspective:
Now that you have this piece of the puzzle, in the next ‘cast I’ll show you how our learning process guides the formation of these concepts from conscious to unconscious behavior, from spotlight to floodlight consciousness so to speak.
