A daily 1+ minute “conscious” read.

Here’s the outline view:

  1. Dust off your SK Assessments
  2. Following a SK+ template — assemble
  3. Read one report each week
  4. Start your “wordcloud” list
  5. Begin your connect-a-dot exerciser
  6. Start logging a list of assumptions (5-6 for each assessment report) and using each assessment report as a guide list 5-6 phrases or sentences that you identify with from each one.
  7. Familiarize yourself with 7 Skills:

A quick note about the Program Timeline with more detail and dates coming before the class begins.

  2. ~11 f2f/virtual 45-60 minutes meetups over a 120-180 day span of time
  3. Extensive flexibility/recorded sessions
Time Commitment: Less than 20 contact hours with ~ 10 out of class hours = 30 total hours spread over 4-6 months.
