[ABCs] K: Introduction to Ego-Position

Self-knowledge + INQUIRY is designed to enable increased self-awareness, motivation to listen and improved cooperation and collaboration… all of which are related to the “position” of our ego or as William James remarked: “…problems of our personality.”
It’s easy to say but much more difficult to do because in most cases our ego position — the range of passion to dispassion of our relationship to our self —
trails our “intelligence.”
Depending on our needs for “how we solve problems” (PSA) in spacetime and over time, our ego position often dictates our likely responses in that space between stimulus and response.
We do have “some” conscious choice in that spacetime depending on our personality dynamics. But largely the ego position dictates how comfortable we are being chosen by our internal wiring in a particular context — usually unconsciously motivated.
The good thing about a program that brings all of these dynamics to a “conscious dialogue using Inquiry” is we can — with skill development — align our ego position with the situation to allow us the OPPOR+UNITY to interact with enhanced self-awareness through a “self-knowledge+inquiry” process.
In a VUCA world we will learn to Live and Love Inquiry as we become aware of ego position — our self needs and self-comfort in various situations.
Next is ego position in action as our problem-solving approach emerges.
