“…from a path of consumption to a path of purpose!”
I’m gathering our Leadu Way towards that end, and as I examine my own perspectives and look meta-paradigmatically at how they emerge to be helpful in establishing “RightACTION” through cues, scaffolding, support, lift, protection (of people, systems, civilization, and off-planetary shifts that require help to keep from regressing after change), guidance, and reaching out which helps people have lives!… to sustainability (well-being and equitable avenues of resource allocation without limiting the 15% who are largely responsible for the innovation required for our progression) in creating a literal (concrete), figurative (abstract), professional (formal), systematic, and metasystematic leader problem solving system resulting in a novel paradigmatic approach to sustain that way… it requires significant recursion along the “path of purpose” to be sure.
IDENTITY: the assumptions and beliefs, vision, values and principles do not harm potential, CAPACITY, capability involved in IMULL: Importance, Motivation, Urgency (Timing?), Leverage, and Low-hanging fruit which acknowledges the finite humaning depicted as: being, doing, having, becoming, contributions, relationships, guidance, and resilience which helps people have lives!

Assumptions & Beliefs
We are pre-wired with inborn, genetically correlated motives, as a precursor to values and emergent beliefs, behaviors, and worldviews in a meta-causal network of cause and effect.
Examples:
There is an emerging clarity of genetic correlation to personality and behavioral dynamics — more correlations emerging every day.
As Ridley’s book: NATURE VIA NURTURE provides evidence.
Ridley’s Book: “Nature via Nurture explores how genes and environment interact; asserting that genetics shape tendencies while experiences significantly modulate human behavior.
It is the movement through life experience which confirms the extent and durability of those genetic predispositions which include, but are not limited to the following networked paradynamics:
- Capability
- Bias
- Style
- Level
- Role
- Valu &
- System Dynamics.
Individual evolution of Self-knowledge and Self-Awareness.
Knowledge — particularly self-knowledge begins to objectify what has us and is unconsciously at work in our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors making up our often unique but ‘muted’ worldview… in CCR: Culture (Code), Conditions & Requirements with our behavior as archetypal clues.
It’s the system isn’t it?

There is a much larger set of criteria to which all humans are subject to. Perhaps a set of assumptions which are difficult to enumerate and articulate well but suffice it to know there is that which is beyond this treatise each of us in our humaning* will sense, know, and be influenced by over our time.
I’ve been playing around with some of those ideas some of which are fascinating to me as there “appears” to be a “structure” behind “spacetime.”
Each of us has a purpose within that realm which we may recognize as human experience; thus design — based in self-knowledge (On-Purpose) is a foundational stepping stone along a simpler path of paths — on the other side of complexity — which is there to entertain our notions of existence.
Us, interwoven with the ‘system’
Depending on our “dispensation,” experience, maturity, culture, conditions, and requirements; our leaderwork with experience, self-knowledge and self-awareness combining for learning about this life — an infinite number of pathways are largely still, available as RightACTION.**
Depending on inborn purpose…
Our path will be lit in light of our individual constitution as it adapts and gradually matures (crystallized intelligently) with time and CCR to meet those inborn needs.

Motivation is multifaceted.
One of my favorite quotes by Ariel Durant and co-author of LESSONS OF HISTORY:
‘The present is the past rolled up for action, and the past is the present unrolled for understanding.’
It’s hard to know, what to know.
It can only be discovered, shared (disclosed), and accepted through a path of self-knowledge suggested by: Discovery, Disclosure, & Acceptance.

In a side note (Axiom):
Subjectivity, which may be the yin/yang, contrast metaphorically to objectivity is at the root of “fitness.”
Here’s my defense of that axiom.
We are subject to what has us.
At times, it’s important to wriggle free from those bonds. Self-knowledge moves what has us into a realm of objectivity — even ever so slightly as it might be. From the position of self-knowledge, self-awareness pCc (potential, CAPACITY, capability), and noticing what usually has us and informs us that we are being had.
Self-knowledge gives us (language) ‘words’ and ‘models’ to use to decrease the gap between ‘recognition & regulation’ of thoughts, feelings, and words and deeds, so to speak.
Fitness arises from Perspective.
This “ perspective” of being able to notice what has us and then — possibly — over time, become “self-aware” of how and when we are being had… MAY help us be able to sort ourselves from our surround; in such a way as to help us cue, scaffold, support, and lift ourselves (others) into solutions that are an appropriate match for the situation. (CCR)
How we do that does seem to the uninitiated like rocket science but nonetheless possibilities abound.

Vision:
KNOW: Simple ValuDynamics:
- Know thyself;
- Notice others;
- Observe the (CCR) situation*;
- Yield it all in unity.
Values:
Love unconditionally
Be kind, compassionate, and appropriately loving to yourself, not just others.
Accept that you may not get it right and others may not also. Let go, learn, and move on with gratitude, kindness, compassion; with love as some say. 😉

Through kindness, compassion, and gratitude; Competent DESIGN helps enhance our talents as purpose with self-knowledge guiding a journey of self-awareness towards RightACTION through Humaning defined by paradynamics.

That’s a little awkward still, but I have now incorporated identity, intention, and purpose as an ISIS: Integrated Strategic Intention System.

Purpose, whatever it is…
Must be directly emergent from our inborn needs, proclivities, and dispensation in view of meeting those needs without preventing others from reaching their needs as a sustainable path of purpose.
Ouch, I’ve just opened a big can of worms!!
Which is the entire reason for leaderwork, like ‘Popeye and spinach’, better for you to open than others giving you time to recalibrate your own purpose in life, work, play, relationships, spirit, and a pursuit of happiness and success.
