In our 3rd 10 minutes of our RDT Call #3 I want to speak to you about our core leadership coaching program that we will license globally starting in mid to late 2025.

3. LISTEN!
Does the person you’re helping have a goal state or larger context that motivates them… now, near, and far (the longer context is a part of path of purpose elements)… and are they good at it… revealing pCc (without which… you may need to move in other directions…
usually revealed by a ratio of self-knowledge and self-awareness as it produces “adaptive” self-correction or self-efficacy.

At the root we are all moving…
From what… to what?

The next right thing (Jung) = RightACTION… a first Principles Model?

  • Well-Being
  • help people have lives.

RightACTION is defined as the right people, doing right things, with right skills, in right ways, in right spacetime, at right pace, for right reasons, to get right results which foster Wellth. (Wellbeing which is not sacrificed in a rat race.) It’s a critical construct for helping people have lives.

We have started to design the model and develop the AI for being able to input key SK Attributes and then create developmental advice based on the “from what to what” first principles idea.

In the following 10 minutes or so, I’d like to answer any questions from our live audience or from our list of Q&A from asynchronous visitors.
