LeadU presents @F-L-O-W

TPOVs @F-L-O-W
@F-L-O-W

FLOW has crept into FLOS because of a minor shift in attention, and out of your mouth and into your life, eh, comes FLOW: Flawless Living Operating Worldview from Flawless Living Operating System. We’ll use both, branding @F-L-O-W –> the emergent conditions we want to scaffold.

In looking at the attributes of @F-L-O-W, what crosses my mind quickly are the following: (word in progress, please help)
– timelessness
– pleasure
– high levels of productiveness (I left off productivity because of the business connotation)
– EES [Efficient, Effective, Sustainable]
– larger connection with energy available
– designability
– scaffoldedness
– access to higher capability
– sense of deeper meaning and connection
– dispassion with that which is not in @F-L-O-W
– release of stress
– deeper experience
– emergence of the best in you [although I must say this, it is not always positive :(]
– may allow a chaining effect and lift up other attributes
– may cascade into unexpected levels of well-being, or results

Helpful Hint: While @F-L-O-W and @F-L-O-W States can represent a multitude of things, more than likely there are a few common factors which emerge, and while they may not be the same for everyone, alignment happens.

Action Step: The next time you experience some of the characteristics of @F-L-O-W, after the fact, identify what took you there and what kept you there. There is great knowledge trapped in those two actions.
