If you don’t know your MITEAM, then whatever you do with anyone else most likely will be sub-optimal.

Money and monetize: the ability to transduce personal ITEAM energy and information into the currency of life, work, and relationships.

Information: does info flow through and with you, or do you block it, bottleneck it, and create resistance that blocks information flows?

Time: what is your relationship to time… And what do you do with that relationship to create flow for yourself, and others?

Energy: where do you get it, where does it come from in you, and can you tap it when you need to, and notice when you can’t or don’t?

Attention: Do you pay or invest your attention… How do you manage the 1440 minutes available in each day in relation to attention?

Motivation: Do you know what motivates you, do you design directly and indirectly to create opportunities for EES with your motivation?

Helpful Hint: While there maybe no "I" in Team, if you don’t have an "eye" and an "I" on yours, the contribution you might make may be severely constrained by what has you and what needs you, which might be ok, but in a world that needs your capability, it might be a fiduciary responsibility for you to use MITEAM as you are fit.
