Over the past 30 years Mike has learned a lot about coaching and helping guide people to experience more in life.

2018 and 2019 are celebration years for Mike as he will be reaching several mileposts in his career.  We welcome you to join us in our celebrations.  During this time Mike will be presenting some of his very best up-to-date knowledge on Leader Development.

In the Gold Membership you just joined I will be sharing with you some of what Mike has learned as well as some insights into the real Mike Jay.

Mike has written many [well over 100] Teachable Points Of View, which we call Mike’s TPOV.  In my Christmas letter I shared a link to a short e-Book of 10 of my favorite TPOVs.  Then each day in January, I will share with you another of Mike’s TPOVs. 

In fact, you may participate in selecting which TPOVs you want to see.  I have posted a link to Mike’s TPOV page.  You just select which TPOV you would like to learn about, e-mail support@leadu.com and let me know your selection.
