CliftonStrengths, formerly known as StrengthsFinder 2.0, is a widely used personal development and performance tool developed by Gallup. Rooted in the research of psychologist Donald O. Most users begin by discovering their Top 5 Signature Themes, which reflect their most dominant talents. These Top 5 provide a foundational self-awareness lens, helping individuals understand how they are wired to approach work, relationships, problem-solving, learning, and collaboration. A full 34-theme report is also available for those who want deeper insight into their complete talent hierarchy.
