The assessment itself consists of 177 paired statements, each requiring the participant to choose which one best describes them. The result is a ranked list of 34 talent themes, such as Achiever, Learner, Strategic, Empathy, and Communication. These themes are grouped into four domains of leadership and performance: Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building, and Strategic Thinking.
